FCDJFS passengers are to be transported to dialysis in the morning so there will be a high demand for driver availability between 6:00 am - 6:00 pm to run these trips. We are asking for more drivers to begin work during the morning hours so that we have enough active vehicles to support this new account.

Starting Sunday 06/28/20 the call center will be closed from 11:00pm until 6:00am every evening.

If at all possible, it would be an extreme help if some of our frequent morning drivers could begin driving around 4:30am- 5:00am. Due to a low number of active drivers at this time we have been experiencing difficulty servicing calls in the early hours of the morning.

As more routine face-to-face appointments begin, the VA clinic has designated the south entrance to the facility as a drop-off point and the north entrance to the facility as the pick-up point for all drivers.

To further limit interaction we are adjusting the layout and policies in our building even more. Please make sure to use the door in the front of the building past the container.

Due to the limited number of staff and call takers, please make sure that when you have an issue you utilize and send the proper codes so that the call center knows the nature of your issue.

Due to an influx of complaints from our accounts we want to reiterate the importance of wearing masks while you are transporting passengers.
